Am I within the coverage area of One Leg Up Pets?

-Typically we venture 3 miles out from our HQ in Silver Spring, Maryland including areas within: Takoma Park, Silver Spring, Langley Park, and Kensington. Please fill out a client intake form and include your address so we can determine accurately if we cover your area.

 

How do more than one member of my family view updates of our pet?

-Unfortunately the software we use only allows one phone number to receive text message updates, for other members of the family to see updates they will need to: download the app “Time to Pet” and login in using the account’s credentials, there you will be able to see all the updates

 

How long will my pet be away for playgroup?

-Including the time we pick pets up and drop them off, your pet will spend 2-2.5 hours away for playgroup.
